1. Digital Downloads & Memberships

All sales for digital products and memberships are final.
Due to the nature of downloadable and streaming content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on:

Digital film or animation downloads
Memberships or subscriptions
Exclusive member content

2. Physical Merchandise

You may return or exchange physical merchandise (e.g., apparel, collectibles, accessories) under the following conditions:

You must request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
