Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During sales or new releases, processing times may increase slightly.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

Tracking information will be sent to your email once the order ships.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.

4. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We may require photo evidence for damaged items.
